工作原理
氮?dú)獍l(fā)生器在一定壓力下的經(jīng)過(guò)凈化處理干燥的壓縮空氣,在變壓吸附作用下,由于動(dòng)力學(xué)效應(yīng),氧、氮在碳分子篩表面上的擴(kuò)散速率不同。氧在碳分子篩表面上的擴(kuò)散速率遠(yuǎn)高于氮,在吸附未達(dá)到平衡時(shí),氧被碳分子篩大量吸附,氮在氣相中得到濃縮富集,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)氧氮分離,由于碳分子篩對(duì)氧的吸附容量隨壓力的不同而有明顯差異,降低壓力,即可解吸碳分子篩吸附的氧分子,使碳分子篩再生,得以重復(fù)循環(huán)使用。系統(tǒng)設(shè)置兩個(gè)吸附塔,一塔脫附再生,利用進(jìn)口PLC控制循環(huán)交替兩塔,以實(shí)現(xiàn)連續(xù)產(chǎn)出高品質(zhì)氮?dú)狻?br>
