Measuring Device of YDK Series Energy Storage Case of YDK Series Power Supply of YDK Series
YDK Series is manufactured according to the methods and principles for measuring coercive force in open magnetic circuit specified in IEC407-7 standard, and also confirming to ISO3326-1975. It can directly and rapidly measure the coercive force of large volume hard metal materials standard or special shaped. It has high accuracy and stable performance, easy to operate and maintain.
YKD Series has four types according to the specifications of equipped measuring device as follows:
YDK-150: equipped measuring device of φ150mm , can measure the product diameterφ130—60mm, length≥20mm;
YDK-200: equipped measuring device of φ200mm , can measure the product diameter φ180—90mm, length≥20mm;
YDK-250: equipped measuring device of φ250mm , can measure the product diameterφ220—120mm, length≥20mm;
YDK-300: equipped measuring device of φ300mm , can measure the product diameter φ270—150mm, length≥20mm;
Regards the sample of smaller volume, please pile up the same samples to required volume to test.
Technical Parameters
Working Condition: AC220V±10%；50Hz(60Hz±2Hz); Temperature 20C°±5C°; Humidity no more than 80%; avoid machine vibration, impact and external electromagnetic field interference. No other ferromagnetic substance placed 0.5 meter around the measuring device.
Power Consumption: For YDK-300, less than 3500VA in largest moment; For other 3 types, lower than this value.
Magnetized Field Intensity: not lower than 200KA/m;
Measuring range grading of Hc value: 20KA/m; 40KA/m;
Max display resolution of Hc value: 0.01KA/m;
Hc value is digit displayed in three and a half, which can be kept until next measuring.
Remanent magnetic field: indicated by 100—0—100μT pointer gauge.
Measuring accuracy: ±1% when above 20KA/m, ±0.2KA/m when below 20KA/m;
